
Purple Line services of Namma Metro will be suspended between M.G. Road and Baiyappanahalli from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. on June 22, 2025.

The Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) has announced a curtailment of services on the Purple Line of the Namma Metro due to scheduled maintenance work between Halasuru and Trinity stations. Train services will be suspended between M.G. Road and Baiyappanahalli from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. on Sunday June 22.
BMRCL stated that this short interruption is to carry out the scheduled maintenance in a safe environment keeping in mind the safety and convenience of commuters.
During this period, metro services on the rest of the Purple Line from Challaghatta to M.G. Road, and from Baiyappanahalli to Whitefield (Kadugodi), will continue to run as per the normal schedule.
Services on the Green Line, connecting Madavara to Silk Institute, will remain unaffected.
Full services on the curtailed stretch between M.G. Road and Baiyappanahalli are expected to resume from 9 a.m. onwards.
